The service

Camptivity helps parents and guardians run a fun, points-based daily rhythm for kids — activities, prizes, themed days, schedules, and progress reporting. It is a young product we improve continually, so features may change and parts may occasionally be unavailable.

Your account

You sign in with your email via a one-tap link — no password. You’re responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for the activity under your account. Camptivity accounts are for adults (parents/guardians) only.

Acceptable use

• Use Camptivity for your own family/household.
• Don’t attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service.
• Don’t upload content that is unlawful or that you don’t have the right to use.

Free tier, trial & Pro

Camptivity offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. New accounts start with a 30-day free trial of Pro — no credit card required. After the trial, you continue on the free tier (one camper) unless you subscribe.

• Subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly, yearly, or summer plan) until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change; we’ll give notice of any change before it applies to you.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Your content

You own the content you create in Camptivity. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and sync it so the app works for you. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

“As is”

Camptivity is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost — please keep your own records of anything important.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paddock SimWorks LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Camptivity. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Camptivity at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or if we discontinue the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms as Camptivity grows. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date.
