Camptivity is designed for parents and guardians. Accounts are created and managed by an adult. We do not knowingly allow children to create their own accounts, and we do not direct the service to children for independent use. The information about a child shown in the app is entered and controlled by the parent who owns the account.
Camptivity is local-first: your data lives on your device. When you sync (a Pro feature), it is stored on our server as an encrypted blob that we cannot read. You stay in control of it.
We share data only with the service providers that run Camptivity — our hosting provider, Google Analytics, and Stripe — and only as needed to operate the app, or if required by law.
You can edit or delete your data in the app at any time. To delete your account and associated data entirely, email Info@paddocksimworks.com and we’ll remove it.
Data is encrypted in transit, and synced camp data is stored encrypted at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
We may update this policy as Camptivity grows. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date.
