Who Camptivity is for

Camptivity is designed for parents and guardians. Accounts are created and managed by an adult. We do not knowingly allow children to create their own accounts, and we do not direct the service to children for independent use. The information about a child shown in the app is entered and controlled by the parent who owns the account.

What we collect

• Your account: the email address you sign in with.
• Your camp data: the content you create — kids’ first names or nicknames, optional photos, points, activities, prizes, rules, schedule, and goals.
• Usage analytics: aggregate, app-usage events (via Google Analytics) to understand what’s working. This is not used to build advertising profiles.
• Payments: if you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How your camp data is stored

Camptivity is local-first: your data lives on your device. When you sign in to sync (a Pro feature), it is stored on our server as an encrypted blob that we cannot read. You stay in control of it.

How we use data

• To provide the app, sync your data across your devices, and process subscriptions.
• To improve Camptivity using aggregate usage trends.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not show third-party advertising.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers that run Camptivity — our hosting provider, Google Analytics, and Stripe — and only as needed to operate the app, or if required by law.

Your choices & data deletion

You can edit or delete your data in the app at any time. To delete your account and associated data entirely, email info@camptivity.app and we’ll remove it.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, and synced camp data is stored encrypted at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Changes

We may update this policy as Camptivity grows. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date.
